Flash is User Friendly
We choose to use the Adobe Flash player to play most of our online Virtual Tours. There are 2 very logical reasons we choose to use the Flash player:
1. 99% of computers on the internet already have Flash Player installed
This is very important, since a visitor wanting to view the Virtual Tour on your website, really does not want to be asked to first download a player to make it work. Only 60% of computers have Quicktime player, and 50% have Java installed.

2. Flash Player is a small file, and is fast and easy to install
If the visitor's computer is among the few that do not have Flash player already installed, 1 click is all it takes to download the small file (1.5mb , 2 min), and install Flash player (Quicktime player is 27mb , and Java player has a long 3 step process which downloads a total of over 18mb).
Do all Virtual Tour photographers use Flash Player?
No. Until recently, Flash was not able to offer all the functionality of Quicktime (the original inventors of VR). Java has been very popular in more recent times too, but Flash player has surpassed its counterpart players in both functionality and ease of use. Many VR Photographers have not yet adapted to the new technology, and still use QuicktimeVR or Java.
Flash is the way of the future, and we are proud to say that we are able to offer our clients the BEST in the market. (we do, of course, still offer QuicktimVR and Java on request).
